AFTER SALES SERVICE


Prior to your property handover day you will be given an opportunity to view your new home and discuss with our Sales team any items which require attention before you move in. All agreed snagging items will be dealt with as far as possible prior to your date of entry and if not, as soon as reasonably practicable. Our After Sales Manager Mrs Ann Wojcik or Ann’s colleague and After Sales Supervisor Mr Andy Vass will be on hand to meet you at your handover to discuss this with you and thereafter become your point of contact for two years under Springfield Properties warranty period should any additional snagging items arise.

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that you will not experience problems with your new property, the possibility of initial teething problems is normal with any new build. To help bring you peace of mind however you will have an opportunity at the end of your first year of ownership to have items which have typically occurred during the natural drying out period of a new home rectified, such as shrinkage cracks or timber movement.

Ann and her dedicated team of tradesman strive tirelessly to achieve the highest standards of excellence in dealing with our customers. Having built a close relationship with all of our approved sub-contractors and suppliers over many years, our After Sales team will ensure that snagging is dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
