When your new home is handed over you will meet the After Sales Manager who will be your point of contact for the next two years dealing with all your enquiries and requests. Springfield’s Aftersales Service aims to bring you peace of mind by having a dedicated manager and team of tradesmen ensuring that any problems are dealt with quickly and professionally.
We make every effort to ensure that you will not experience problems with your new property but the possibility of initial teething problems is normal with any new build. Your After Sales Manager will be available during normal working hours, and we also offer an out of hours emergency service, contact details will be provided in your Hand Over Folder.
