New Home 10 year Insurance Cover is part of the Springfield package for every new home and you will receive a copy of the policy which specifies the cover. In any case, the first two years of the policy cover any defects resulting from Springfield failing to match the standards set out in the policy. Any resulting remedial work is the responsibility of your After Sales Manager. The cover provided from years three to ten in general covers structural defects and will be specified in your policy document.

As part of our service, at the end of your first year of ownership we will arrange to re-visit your home to rectify any settlement, movement etc. which typically occurs during the drying out period of a new build. General wear and tear and damage arising from failure to maintain the property does not form part of the cover.
