Appointed managing director in February 2010 Sandy trained as an architect and has forty years experience in the construction industry most notably as regional chairman of Bett Homes. Sandy was awarded the OBE in 2004 for services to the Construction Industry in Scotland.

Joining the company and the board in 2005 Innes graduated from Heriot Watt University before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG. Moving into industry he joined RK Carbon Fibres as financial controller, on the sale of the company to SGL Carbon Group and he was appointed Finance Director for five years, subsequently becoming Finance Director at Gael Force before joining Springfield another five years later.

Bob MacLeod BEng
Civils Director
Joining the company in 2003 and the board in 2005 Bob graduated from Herriot Watt University having studied Civil Engineering. He gained experience on major road schemes both at home and abroad becoming a director of Remac Construction in 1983 and of Leiths (Scotland) Ltd in 1999.
