Appointed to the board in 2005, John became managing director in 2006. He studied architecture at RGU in Aberdeen before joining the company in 1996 and leading Springfield into construction in 1998

Financial Director
Joining the company and the board in 2005 Innes graduated from Heriot Watt University before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG. Moving into industry he joined RK Carbon Fibres as financial controller, on the sale of the company to SGL Carbon Group and he was appointed Finance Director for five years, subsequently becoming Finance Director at Gael Force before joining Springfield another five years later.

Civils Director
Joining the company in 2003 and the board in 2005 Bob graduated from Herriot Watt University having studied Civil Engineering. He gained experience on major road schemes both at home and abroad becoming a director of Remac Construction in 1983 and of Leiths (Scotland) Ltd in 1999.
