An Camas Mòr

An Camas Mòr is a proposed new woodland community to be built within the Rothiemurchus Estate in stunning surroundings to the east of The River Spey at Aviemore. The first phase of 200 homes will be the subject of a planning submission scheduled for April 2012, which means homes should become available for sale during the later part of 2012.

The first phase will include 2, 3 and 4 bedroom new build homes and self build plots. The homes are unique, with elevations carefully designed to harmonise with an area of outstanding natural beauty. On the inside the homes have been designed to be light and spacious and to allow the level of True Choice that only Springfield offers. The focus as always is to build the home that you want to live in......that means every home will be different.
