R9 & 10, Elgin

Two of our important sites in Moray have recently had their planning application deferred for further amendments after consideration by Moray Council Planning Committee. A special committee meeting will be held on 24th January when we hope issues will be resolved to the satisfaction of the committee and planning consent will be granted. Planning applications were originally submitted last year for 180 new homes across the two sites – R9 and R10 which will be known as Duncanshill and Duncansfield.

Our proposals for Duncanshill feature a mixture of 3 and 4 bed semi-detached and detached bungalows and sees the launch of our most stylish and innovative house designs to date.

Duncansfield proposals features a mixture of 2, 3 and 4 bed properties incorporating a mixture of our award winning house styles and newer styles such as the 'Huntly' which has been recently introduced on our Letterfourie development in Buckie.
