The Choices Experience
I’m really not one to over exaggerate but we would definitely recommend Springfield to a friend as they are a great company. We are really happy here... This is home.
What you get included in the price of the house is fantastic – your choice of kitchen, bathroom, paint, carpets – the list goes on. It’s great that everything is done for you before you move in.
Springfield are special in that they give you the opportunity to customise your home – paint colours, carpets and flooring, your choice of kitchen, bathroom and even the layout of your home. We decided to go with open plan and added sunroom.
We have had five or six new build homes and the standard of Springfield is the best by far. They are very well priced, well insulated and it’s great that when you move in your home is completely finished.
They had the kerb appeal that we were looking for. The house looks fantastic from every angle, it had brilliant flow, ample storage and very well insulated. Whoever designed the Culbin at Springfield has got it spot on. We love it!
Kinloch Gardens was the last development we visited that day. The Huntly show home immediately struck a chord. It had exactly the sort of layout we like.
Springfield Choices was the real top selling point for us. I loved the fact that we could really personalise our home.
We went for the sunroom and we're very glad we did. It's done so much for the floor space, the whole kitchen area feels so big and anyone that comes in actually can't believe the size of it.
This is the third new home we've had in our life and this is by far the best experience. The whole concept that the company has, that you're buying the space and you can have it your way, with the choices and everything... it's absolutely super.
When we walk in this front door we really felt like we needn't look any further. The magic was there and the magic has remained. We're delighted with the whole set up.
We added our own touches to it, to give it that wee bit of individualism, little bits of design, tweaking Springfield’s already good specifications to get it to how we wanted it to look at the end of the day.
