We’ll take care of you well after your move in date. With every Springfield property we offer 24 hour after sales cover* for the first two years after purchasing your home. While we hope that nothing goes wrong, our professional in-house maintenance teams are on hand in case it does.

Kitchen appliance faults should be reported to the supplier detailed in your client handbook.

North of Scotland

Please contact our North Scotland after sales team, Mon-Thurs 8:00am - 5:00pm, Fri 8:00am - 4:00pm.
Kitchen appliance faults should be reported to the supplier detailed in your customer handbook.

Out of hours emergency

In case of emergency when our offices are closed, please contact the number below.

Items classed as an emergency are:

  • Full loss of Electricity (affecting your property only)
  • Full loss of heating
  • Full loss of hot water
  • Uncontainable water escape
  • Blocked drainage affecting your property only
  • The security of your home being compromised
