Springfield Properties Plc is recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team. This full-time position will be based in our Larbert office when current working from home restrictions are lifted.

About the Role

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with the Group HR Manager and others to provide HR support across the Group. You will be responsible for completing HR administration tasks and for providing professional HR advisory support to managers and employees, answering all queries in a friendly and timely manner.

No two days are the same. The role will include all aspects of recruitment, employee relations, new start and leaver co-ordination and administration, absence management, updating and maintaining the HR system and dealing with any arising disciplinary and grievance matters. In addition to all of the above, the successful candidate will have the chance to become involved in a host of additional HR related tasks and projects. About You

We are looking for candidates with up-to-date knowledge of HR practice, policies, and employment legislation, gained through experience in a HR generalist role. A CIPD qualification or equivalent would be advantageous. The successful candidate will be organised, motivated and keen to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate may not have all of the above experience but will show an eagerness to learn and develop.

The role will involve occasional travel to our various sites and offices (when restrictions allow), therefore a full UK driving license would be beneficial.
