Joiners / Plumbers / Painters - Inverness

Due to the increased business demand we have several exciting job opportunities to join the team at Tulloch Homes in the Inverness and surrounding areas!

Tulloch Homes currently has vacancies for qualified Joiners/Plumbers/Painters and a Joiners Mate available.

 JOINERS

Applicants should have the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team delivering joinery projects to completion.  The successful joiner post candidate should have a valid CSCS card, own tools, own transport and previous site experience.

The Joiners Mate post would suit someone with an operative background to carry out all general joinery associated support tasks, including loft insulation.

PLUMBERS

The relevant candidate will be qualified to NVQ in plumbing, preferably with gas certificates ACS Qualifications but this is not essential, applicants should hold a valid CSCS card.

Ideally you will also be experienced in new build housing from first fix through to finishing and commissioning both plumbing and heating systems and your workmanship will of a very high standard.  Experience of installation of Air Source Heat Pumps is preferable.

PAINTER AND DECORATORS

Applicants should have the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team delivering projects to completion.

The successful candidate must have previous experience and hold a valid CSCS/SCORE card.  Duties will include all aspects of painting and decorating.
