Reservations Booming at Bertha Park

Springfield Properties, one of Scotland’s leading private and affordable housebuilders, saw a record week in reservations following the re-opening of its sales offices – particularly at the countryside development.

Recent research into the property market suggests that aspirations are shifting, with larger homes, a garden and spare rooms, which could double as a home office, becoming much more appealing.
