A development of 10 detached and semi-detached bungalows in the village of Lhanbryde, south east of Elgin in the north east of Scotland.
Eight of the bungalows house residents with autism and complex needs, while the other two contain office accommodation and communal facilities. The non-residential properties can be returned to domestic use if need be.
All properties have two bedrooms, a living space, kitchen and two bathrooms. This allows independent space for the resident and accommodation for a carer.
Each home has been allocated to a specific tenant and has been designed and adapted to suit both their physical and mental health needs, as well as requirements associated with their condition.
