Market Improves & Springfield Launch Two Bedroom Homes Under £105,000

28 March 2013

According to Springfield’s sales manager Joyce Napier, part of the upsurge in interest in Springfield’s homes is the availability of 95% mortgages and the introduction of a new range of homes on Springfield sites.

She says: “There is more interest in all our developments and the mortgage situation is getting better especially now that we have MI New Home 95% mortgages available for our customers.

“The scheme has opened up the market to customers who wanted to buy but were locked out because they couldn’t afford the deposit. We are seeing a lot more demand for homes priced under £150K.”

In response to this demand Springfield Properties have designed two new homes to make it possible to buy a two-bedroom home for as little as £104,950 at their Letterfourie development in Buckie and a three bedroom home on the same site for £124,950.

And this Easter weekend customers can see these homes in the flesh for the first time when Springfield opens a three bedroom view home for customers to walk round.

“This is the first time we’ve offered these homes for sale so we thought it was important to let customers can see for themselves the tremendous value on offer. These are fabulous homes at unbeatable prices.”, said Joyce Napier

As always Springfield’s unique approach to housebuilding applies which means that every home is different, built to suit the individual customer.

The two new homes form part of a recently launched a new portfolio of homes that are being built for the first time at Letterfourie in Buckie.

The homes feature clean contemporary design with smooth white render, grey windows and larch cladding.

MI New home is a mortgage indemnity scheme which can deliver 95% mortgages for homes valued up to £250k.
