From the moment you get the keys

There’s a dedicated handover session when you first step into your new home. It’s about making sure you know how everything works – from the boiler to the lighting controls.

We're on hand 24 hours a day

We have our own team of handpicked tradesmen at the ready to deal quickly with any teething problems. You’ll be able to call us at any time and we’ll give you all the numbers and information you need in a handbook.

Your 10 year warranty

Your home is protected by the 10 year NHBC Buildmark policy; the first two years of which are covered directly by us with our 24 hour After Sales cover. NHBC Buildmark provides deposit protection from the point of exchange, and after the first 2 years provides a further 8 years structural defects insurance.
