You’re in your new home – but the service doesn’t end there. From answering your questions to the cover provided by your warranties, we’re here for you.

From the moment you get the keys

We take the time to personally hand over your home and demonstrate how everything works, as we want you to feel confident operating appliances and maintaining your home. The demonstration covers many areas including the boiler, windows, and lighting controls. We also have some great online resources you can access if you ever need a reminder.

Our after sales maintenance team

We have our own dedicated maintenance team at the ready to deal efficiently with any teething problems, and this cover lasts for the first two years in your new home. You’ll be able to call us at any time during business hours, and all the numbers and information you need will be provided in your handbook and on our online portal. The team are committed to providing a quality service and are trained in dealing with all enquiries.

24 hour emergency cover

While we hope you never have an emergency, it’s good to know there’s a 24 hour a day helpline in place should you need it. This service is available for the first two years in your new home, and covers issues such as loss of heating, hot water and electricity to your property.

Your 10 year warranty

Beyond the two year cover provided by us, your home is protected by the 10 year NHBC Buildmark policy. NHBC Buildmark provides deposit protection from the point of exchange, and after the first 2 years provides a further 8 years structural defects insurance.
