The four-bedroom detached Arden show home at the Kinloch Gardens development is now open giving customers an insight to what life could be like on a Springfield development.
Located just off Glenalmond Road, this is the first time Springfield have opened the Arden house type as a show home. It has a smart exterior with bay windows, crisp white render and wooden cladding. The layout of the home is equally impressive. A sunroom adds to the open plan kitchen and dining room creating the ideal space for cooking with family and friends. There’s handy access to the garage with a utility area, a spacious hall and plenty of storage throughout.
Upstairs, each of the four bedrooms are a good size and the master bedroom benefits from an en-suite. Springfield Head of Sales, Lynn Houston, said:
“The Arden has a great layout and the bay windows add that wow factor to the living room.

The second phase at Kinloch Gardens includes a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes – including bungalows. Like all Springfield homes, everything needed, from kitchen appliances through to flooring, is included. And buyers can tailor their home to suit them with a choice of paint colours, kitchen units, flooring and bathroom tiles.
With prices starting from £175,000 there is something for everyone.Each of the homes are available with the Scottish Government recently launched First Home Fund scheme. This offers first time buyers an interest free loan of up to £25,000 to help them on to the property ladder. Help to Buy is also an option that can be used to buy homes up to £200,000 on the development.
