At the heart of the development is a great open space featuring a lake, children’s play park and a future community orchard. On the far side of this sits the new Bertha Park High School. Commercial units will become available for shops, restaurants, medical, leisure and community use as the village grows.
The wider village will embrace Bertha Park loch, ancient woodlands and the River Almond. Residents can enjoy the rich variety of nature on their doorstep or go further afield making the most of the well-developed cycle routes.
Bertha Park has a wide variety of new build homes available to purchase including 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and large homes with 2, 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms. Explore our range of houses for sale in Perth now.
Bertha Park High School is now open.
In its first year, the all new £32.5 million secondary school will welcome S1 and S2 students from the new Springfield homes and the wider area. Provisions for S3–S6 will follow as the first years progress through their education.
The school provides a modern learning environment for up to 1,100 pupils. Bright, airy internal spaces offer a wide range of teaching, social and dining facilities, dedicated subject classrooms and flexible learning plazas. A full range of sports facilities includes a synthetic grass pitch and multi-use games area.
