The design of the village incorporates nature, with open green spaces to enjoy, set in ancient woodland next to Bertha Park loch. The number 77 cycle route runs from the village along the banks of the rivers Almond and Tay right to the city centre, and beyond to Dundee and Pitlochry.
There are some great local services within the village. The recently built Bertha Park High School provides a great facility for education and growth right on your doorstep. There is also a local shop and takeaway restaurant in the village, and more commercial units which will be occupied by businesses in future.
There’s a dedicated bus route running from Bertha Park to the city centre, while the Cross Tay Link Road is currently under construction and will connect Bertha Park with the A9 once complete.
