The development, just off Nairn Road, includes a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes a stone’s throw from the scenic Moray Firth. Inverness is a 20 minute drive away too and a number of local amenities, including Ardersier Primary Shool, are within walking distance of the Springfield development.

Each of the homes are available with the First Home Fund scheme, recently launched by the Scottish Government to help new buyers on to the property ladder. Help to Buy is also an option that can be used to buy certain homes on the development .

At Springfield Ardersier, the four-bedroom semi-detached Drumellie, is for sale for £224,000. The Drumellie is a spacious family home with an open plan kitchen dining area and includes a sunroom creating a great space for entertaining family and friends. The three bedroom Carbeth is available as a semi-detached or mid terrace home with prices starting from £179,000 is perfect for those who love an open plan layout.

Buyers looking for two bedroom homes are spoilt for choice. The two bedroom cottage flat, the Alvie, has a private front door, good sized bedrooms and plenty of storage – ideal for young professionals or new families. There’s also the two-bedroom semi-detached Bradan. The home makes great use of space and benefits from French doors opening out to the turfed back garden.

Springfield Properties Sales Manager, Joyce Hadden, said:

“We’re excited to start selling homes at our new development in Ardersier. There’s a central play park, plenty of green space throughout and walking and cycle routes that link to neighbouring streets outside of our development.

“The homes are all about choice and flexibility. Customers can pick and choose the level of specification to suit them which we think will appeal to a wide range of buyers, particularly the first time buyer market given the Government funded support on offer.”

The homes are available to reserve from Springfield Properties’ Elgin office at Alexander Fleming House in Southfield Drive, Elgin IV30 6GR. Head to the Ardersier webpage for more information.
