Springfield Properties opens new show home in Strathkinness

30th October 2023

Springfield Properties has unveiled a new show home at their prestigious development in Strathkinness.

The impressive 5 bedroom detached Dunrobin has enviable kerb appeal, with its double integrated garage, feature brickwork and large windows. Inside, the 2131 sqft home is just as impressive. Visitors are welcomed into a large open and welcoming hallway leading to the separate lounge, optional fifth bedroom, the garage and the open plan kitchen dining area.

For many, the kitchen is the heart of the home and in the Dunrobin it has been designed as such. The soft sage green walls, paired with contrasting furniture and house plants creates a warm, friendly space. With integrated appliances tucked neatly behind stylish wooden units, ample worktop space, desirable 5 burner hob and a separate utility, the kitchen is a dream for any culinary enthusiast.

With its open plan layout, the kitchen dining room can comfortably accommodate a large dining table – perfect for family dinners, entertaining friends and hosting Christmas. And, with a handy sunroom, there is an informal sitting area to relax in which opens out to the turfed garden.

Heading upstairs, the quality and luxury design of the home continues. Each of the four spacious bedrooms can be accessed from the gallery landing which overlooks the entrance. These rooms are complete with built in wardrobes and bedrooms 1 and 2 also benefit from an ensuite and walk in wardrobes.

Regional Sales Director Liz Cleghorn said:

“The Dunrobin is a beautiful home. There is a touch of luxury at every turn from the gallery landing, walk in wardrobes, free standing bath and separate shower in the main bedroom en-suite and double garage.

“It has been tastefully designed with earthy colours throughout to really show case the magnitude of the space and the flexibility in the layout. The fifth bedroom on the ground floor could easily work as a home office and the garage with direct access from the hall, whilst a storage haven, could double up as a home gym.

“Strathkinness is a lovely town and a short drive to St Andrews with its array of local amenities, restaurants and cafes, the stunning Fife Coast and some of the best golf courses Scotland has to offer.”

Springfield is selling an exclusive range of 4 and 5 bedroom homes just off High Road in Strathkinness, including the Dunrobin house style. The town is well connected with a reliable bus service to St Andrews and to the Train Station in Leuchars.

Like all Springfield homes, the specification at Strathkinness is exceptionally high, with garden turf, a choice of wall paint colours, cabling for an electric car and kitchen appliances all included as standard.

Liz added:

“Photos really don’t do this stunning home justice, and as one of the larger homes in our portfolio, we really encourage people to come along to get a feeling of the luxury, scale and size of the rooms and the quality of our fittings.”
