First-time house buyers can take advantage of free financial advice at open weekend events taking place across Perth and Kinross on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 March.
Local house hunters will be able to see inside a range of new homes as Springfield Properties hosts visitors at three of its developments - Lathro Farm in Kinross, Bertha Park in Perth, and Kinloch Gardens in Blairgowrie.
Financial advisors from award winning, Mortgage Advice Bureau will be on hand to answer any questions and offer complimentary advice between 12 and 3pm on both days.
Springfield Head of Sales, Lynn Houston said: “The event is a great opportunity for new buyers to get a better understanding of the house-buying process and the range of different financial schemes available to them.
