Springfield submits plans for Western Gateway improvement
Springfield Properties have taken a step forward with proposals for a new village at Dykes of Gray, on the western outskirts of Dundee. A planning application has been submitted this week (Friday 13th February 2015) for junction improvements at the Swallow Roundabout to accommodate this long awaited residential development.
The first phase of this high quality new village was granted planning permission late last year and will provide 230 much needed new homes to the west of the city. The village has been planned with a sense of community in mind and will cater for a wide range of needs with 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes, all designed to complement the area.
