Our After Sales Service

Our after-sales service will remain open for emergencies. 

Please note that the Scottish Government guidance restricts this to “essential works only” and we will only be able to attend to anything that could affect the fabric of the building or the health & safety of customers including for example gas, electrics, water and heating. Information on how we are operating can be found on our Customer Notice page.

 We have adapted how home visits are carried out to keep customers, sub-contractors and after sales staff safe. You can find details of this - HERE.


Here to help once you’ve moved in

You’re in your new home – but the service doesn’t end there. From the little questions to the big guarantees, we’re here for you.

From the moment you get the keys

There’s a dedicated handover session when you first step into your new home. It’s about making sure you know how everything works – from the boiler to the lighting controls. And that's where you'll meet an after sales manager or supervisor.

We're on hand 24 hours a day

We have our own team of handpicked tradesmen at the ready to deal quickly with any teething problems. You’ll be able to call us at any time and we’ll give you all the numbers and information you need in a handbook.

Your 10 year warranty

Every Springfield property comes with a full 10 year warranty. Although you should never need it, we think it’s worth the extra peace of mind.
