The Culbin is an aspirational four bedroom detached home which has been resoundingly popular with our customers over the years. It has been built on many of our developments, evolving with the times, and often making an appearance as a show home – most recently at our Dykes of Gray development in Dundee. So, what makes it such a great family home? One of the big reasons is the amount of space it provides over two floors, with over 2000 square feet on offer. From the moment you step through the front door, the marker is set, with a nice vestibule area perfect for welcoming guests into the home, and ample storage for coats, shoes, hats – you name it. Yet, for such a large home, the flow is fantastic, and the rooms all feel connected while still being able to provide private spaces for unwinding alone.
A great example of this is the open plan kitchen dining room with snug, which is perfect for any get together, whether it be with the family or entertaining guests.
